You can submit footage, communicate with your editor, review your finished video, request revisions, approve the deliverable, create a social media caption, and prepare your content for publishing.

Choose an editor and video editing service, submit your footage and project instructions, and your editor gets to work. When your video is ready, you’ll receive it inside StudioFlow where you can review it, leave comments, request revisions, and approve the final version.

Yes. StudioFlow allows you to browse available editors and choose the person whose services, experience, and editing style best fit your project.

Available services depend on the editor you select. Editors may offer services such as short-form social videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, talking-head videos, podcasts, and other video formats.

After purchasing an editing service, you’ll be able to provide your project information and upload the files your editor needs directly through StudioFlow.

When your edited video is delivered, you can watch it inside StudioFlow and leave feedback on the deliverable. Your editor can review your comments, make the requested changes, and submit a revised version for your approval.

Yes. A paid plan’s fee comes back as money toward videos, dollar for dollar: on Studio, pay $29 a month and the first $29 of video requests each month is covered. On a yearly plan you get a twelfth of your yearly price each month.

Requests use it first and your card pays the rest. Unused amounts don’t roll over to the next month, and they don’t cover extra revision rounds.

Every video includes 2 revision rounds. Each extra round is $20, charged to your card when you request it.

Yes. StudioFlow keeps project communication connected to the work so you don’t have to manage your video through scattered emails, texts, and file-sharing links.
